Lee Westwood has claimed that he has "no worries" over his fitness for the Ryder Cup in Kentucky.
The 35-year-old Englishman was struck down by tonsillitis recently, prompting fears that he would be unable to take his place in the European team for next week's showdown at Valhalla.
However, Westwood assured Sky Sports News this week that he is now fully recovered and ready to join up with Nick Faldo's side as they chase a fourth successive Ryder Cup victory.
"I've no worries about being sharp for next week," he said, despite enduring a two-week layoff since the Johnnie Walker Championship at Gleneagles.
Already a veteran of five Ryder Cups, Westwood is 6/1 with William Hill to be Europe's top points scorer when he wins his sixth cap at the Louisville venue.
Meanwhile, Paddy Power is offering a host of special bets on Irish star Padraig Harrington.
The two-time Open champion is 12/1 to hole the winning putt at Valhalla and 45/1 to make a hole-in-one during the competition.
