Robinho targets 30-goal haul
Manchester City star Robinho has set himself a target of scoring at least 30 goals in his first Premier League campaign.

A hat-trick in City's 3-0 victory over Stoke City on Sunday took the Brazilian's tally to six for the season - just one less than the league's current top goalscorer Amr Zaki of Wigan Athletic.

"The main objective is for the team to do well. But I want to score more than 30 goals and I certainly hope to score many more goals in the Premier League," Robinho said yesterday.

Liverpool's Fernando Torres holds the current record for the most goals in a debut Premier League season by a foreign player, after netting 24 times last campaign.

Torres has scored five goals this season and is the current favourite to win the golden boot at Ladbrokes, which offers 5/2 on the Spanish striker and prices Robinho at 12/1.

At Betfred, Zaki is rated at 16/1 and Aston Villa's Gabriel Agbonlahor, who has netted five times so far, is available at 20/1.
