Radiohead lead Glastonbury betting
One bookmaker has made indie giants Radiohead favourites to headline next year's Glastonbury Festival.

The Oxford band, whose latest album In Rainbows was recently nominated for the Nationwide Mercury Prize, are 3/1 with Paddy Power to top the bill on the famous Pyramid Stage in 2009.

Following their acclaimed performance at the Somerset festival this year, US rockers Kings of Leon are 8/1 to be named as headliners next time round, with punk legends The Jam priced at 10/1.

Punter looking for bigger odds may fancy Kanye West at 25/1, particularly after his fellow rapper and former mentor Jay-Z made a controversial headline appearance at Glastonbury this summer.

When quizzed on his musical tastes by MTV News this week, US presidential candidate Barack Obama revealed he has tracks by both West and Jay-Z on his iPod.

U2 can also be backed at 25/1 for Glastonbury with Paddy Power, while London chanteuse Amy Winehouse is currently priced at 50/1.
