Murray drawn against Federer in Shanghai
Andy Murray has been drawn in the same group as Roger Federer at the Masters Cup event in Shanghai.

Making his first appearance in the season-ending tournament, the British number one will face Federer, Andy Roddick and Gilles Simon in the group stage, with the action set to begin on Sunday November 9th.

The recent withdrawal of world number one Rafael Nadal through injury has seen Murray installed as Paddy Power's second favourite to win the competition at 3/1.

He can also be backed at 9/4 to win his group, with Novak Djokovic the favourite to triumph in the other group at 5/4.

Djokovic's opponents will be Jo Wilfred Tsonga, Juan Martin Del Potro and Nikolay Davydenko, with the top two players from each group going through to a semi-final.

Tennis legend Bjorn Borg has predicted that Murray will be difficult to beat in China and backed the 21-year-old Scot to win a Grand Slam title next year.

"He knows he can beat every single player in the world and he is just improving more and more," Borg told BBC Radio Five Live.
