With the line-up for ITV's celebrity challenge now confirmed, the politician and former TV presenter is 5/2 with William Hill to leave the jungle before any other contestant.
Commenting on his decision to join the show earlier this week, Kilroy-Silk said: "Every member of my family is full of apprehension about me going into the jungle because they think I'm going to be a nightmare and screw up in some way."
Other celebrities taking part include failed London mayoral candidate Brian Paddick - a 3/1 bet for the first eviction - and tennis legend Martina Navratilova, who is priced at 10/1 to go first.
Betfred makes former EastEnders actor Joe Swash favourite to win the reality show at 4/1, with pop singer Simon Webbe priced at 6/1.
The eighth series of I'm A Celebrity… begins on Sunday (November 16th).
