Ospreys will be without Gavin Henson for Sunday's Heineken Cup clash at Leicester Tigers after opting to suspend the Wales centre.
The club have not outlined the reason for the ban, choosing to describe the move only as a "rugby-related internal disciplinary decision".
Coach Sean Holley will be hoping the incident does not prove too disruptive, as his side can ill-afford to make a losing start in a tough-looking pool which also includes a Perpignan side that will be strengthened by the arrival of All Black stand-off Dan Carter later in the year.
Ospreys are best-priced 7/4 with Boylesports to win at Leicester, while the English side can be backed at 8/15 with Skybet.
The bookmakers, however, seem to think the two clubs have similar chances of securing European club rugby's biggest prize, with 14/1 generally available for Leicester and William Hill offering the same price on an Ospreys success.
Last season's beaten finalists and Top 14 champions Toulouse remain the 9/2 favourites for the tournament with Boylesports.
