Fisher tipped for HSBC Champions
One betting expert has tipped English golfer Ross Fisher to win the HSBC Champions in China this week.

A runner-up at last year's event, the 27-year-old will aim to take revenge on defending champion Phil Mickelson when the action gets underway in Shanghai on Thursday (November 6th).

Giving his predictions for the tournament, which marks the beginning of the European Tour's Race to Dubai, head of public relations at Betdirect Charlie McCann said that Fisher is "potentially a real champion".

He added: "Fisher didn't have much luck last year, but he finished very strongly and he would be the one I would be thinking of at this stage."

Betdirect offers 16/1 on Fisher winning the HSBC Champions and makes Mickelson favourite at 9/1.

Meanwhile, last week's Volvo Masters champion Soren Kjeldsen is priced at 35/1 by Paddy Power, with Order of Merit winner Robert Karlsson a 16/1 bet.
